Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council

The DEI Council is a cross-functional group of change agents from across OCC who use their influence to build connections, elevate diverse perspectives and demonstrate OCC’s commitment through everyday actions and collective leadership. Representing a wide range of roles, backgrounds and experiences, Council members model what’s possible when inclusion is practiced at every level. Together, they strengthen OCC’s culture by fostering spaces where all voices are heard, surfacing opportunities for greater equity and reinforcing DEI as a driver of high-performance, collaboration and trust across the organization.

Employee Network Groups

Our Employee Network Groups (ENGs) are how we put our values into action. These groups are employee-led and open to all employees, bringing together individuals from across the organization to share perspectives, support one another, and champion inclusion in the workplace. ENGs reflect our belief in the power of connection and collaboration to help us build a culture where employees feel valued, supported and empowered.
